They have a wonderful selection on display, the only issue for me was that there are no prices on anything. If you see some things that you might like, you will need to keep asking how much is this, how much is that? I don't like to have keep doing that.

I wasn't getting any hot water from my shower and the nice man at Waterloo Plumbing (wears glasses) showed me how to take the mixer apart, replace a valve and to descale the whole thing, rather than buying a new one. I'm getting hot water now. Exceptional customer service!
