What a fantastic company! The Matki shower enclosure was installed by the previous house owners about 8 years ago. The top rail started to show some wear and the bottom guides had seized up. I phoned up Matki and told them that I had no paperwork for a guarentee but could they recommend a fitter to replace the worn parts. They checked the postcode and said that no guarentee had been registered and it was not transferable anyway. However they said they would send their own fitter out and replace all worn parts free of charge. It was all done within 4 working days. I would recommend them to anyone.
