Towards the end of last year, I had to have rendering repaired on the side wall of the house. This was done very badly by another Company and Mogfords then came to my rescue by being able to rectify the work extremely well indeed. It was all managed very efficiently and the teams doing the work were all very pleasant and helpful.

Ive used Mogfords for over a decade for various property maintenance at a property I originally lived in but now manage from Australia. The office staff are great managing things over the phone and trades are experienced and pro-active in arranging access with tenants which is huge help. Will continue to use and recommend to others!

Mogford Prescott Team turned up trumps last week to my call out request first thing on Thursday morning to fix a boiler problem reported by my tenant . By 11am Jason had called round, diagnosed the problem, restarted the boiler and also completed the annual service that was due. Job done!

Work done was well done and reasonably priced, but failed to sort out our problem, which was rectified by employing another company. (They replaced a thermostat that we believe wasn't faulty, but failed to spot a faulty sensor that was the problem)
But main problem is the late invoicing - the bill was sent almost a year late - Seems to be common theme with this company now looking at past reviews.

Extremely happy with the building work just completed. Although Mogford Prescott's quote was very competitive, the work was all completed to a really high standard. The builders on site were always very friendly, helpful and courteous and Matt Prescott himself always made himself available to deal issues promptly as they arose. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Mogford's rebuilt collapsed drains and patio for us. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for our new boiler. They were a pleasure to have in the house (and I've had builders that have made me uncomfortable in my own home). They were straightforward to deal with and did a great job. Helpful in every way.

Mogford Prescott have worked on three projects for us which has included: roofing; carpentry; plumbing; damp-work/rendering; painting/decorating. All of the team are professional with attention to detail and they are polite and friendly. They know their craft so I felt I could just let them get on with the task in hand. And to top that, they always tidy up at the end of each day so there is minimal disruption.
