Dajon design and fit good kitchens and utility rooms - shame about the after care service which is slow, chaotic, maddening and nothing like as good as the first part of their service. You have to chase, argue, chase again. They eventually sort it but we felt once they had the kitchen paid for, continuing customer care was weak. We have had a particular problem with one of their kitchen worktop suppliers, which has never been satisfactorily resolved. We also ordered bathroom hardware and fitted wardrobes from them - sometimes it went smoothly, sometimes it didn't. We will never use them or recommend them again because of our experience.

Design is about an eye for detail. A poor level of customer service and I would certainly not recommend

Used dajon for our new kitchen. Excellent service from start to finish. They designed the kitchen which looks lovely and any queries or problems we have had they sorted out for us easily and quickly. I'm so happy with the end result. Thank you very much.

Great quality, great service and intelligent designs. Nice atmosphere in their shop, and nice attention to detail in there too.
