Had bought bath taps from B and Q a couple of years ago, have had nothing but problems with them. Went to BBS for some advice, it was refreshing to go to a company who had a great product range and the knowledge to help me find what I was looking for. They have a great customer service and an excellent product availability, I would highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them again in the future. A big thank you to Simon, at the Barton Hill branch for all your help and providing service with a smile.

Very helpful staff who are knowledgeable about what they sell and what the customer needs. On two occasions I've taken in washers and asked for "one of these, " and both times the staff have known exactly what to fetch. As far removed as possible from this Trade supply places that make non-professionals feel like idiots. A great place.
