Critical:Responsiveness Very expensive to get fitted and it looked great - but then over the years as design issues have materialised or parts have failed (e.g. extractor fans) they don't really seem very interested to provide any aftercare.

Although my order arrived damaged - I'm giving Walton Bathrooms 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. Jane has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and rectified my issue extremely quickly. Customer service is a BIG factor with any company - especially when things go wrong! Cannot fault the company at all - great communication, professional and will have my business again soon!

Critical:Professionalism, Value Walton Bathrooms are not clear at all on the terms and conditions of their bathroom design service and for this reason I would avoid them. I was told one thing by one person and something different from another, and left out of pocket.

Faultless service and delivery- I was after a specially ordered item and they got it for a great price and then delivered for free at exactly the time they said they would. Would use them again and I am happy to recommend them.
