First time I had used this company, I was really impressed by them. Having an issue with my PCB board for over a year, and despite other companies not sending any experienced workman, this was the first time I actually got a company that sent amazing engineers who diagnosed and replaced the PCB board straightaway. There was no fuss, they went over and above to make sure they fixed this with urgency, and also fixed a couple of broken levers which I was not even aware of, without any problems.
They also explained the issues and fixes in layman's term, so that I really understood the problems, and also what I needed to do in future to keep the temperature in check. Honestly I would highly recommend this company as the engineers are really professional and work with empathy 10/10. Having been disappointed with workman from this field this was the first time I can say I felt I could put my trust in such a professional company. You won't be disappointed.

Avoid at all costs or it will cost you dearly. Bunch of cowboys Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Clueless as to how to solve a leak that started from a house roof, fixed a bay roof instead when it was clear the leak was coming from the window or main roof. They believed fixing the roof below would fix the leak, lacking any knowledge of gravity then correctly. Took advantage of my vulnerable and very ill mother.
Please do not use them. Thought sticking their head out of a window was a sufficient way to fix a leak and didn't even check the main roof or attic to see where the leak was actually coming from. Very negligent. Avoid.

I contacted Avon Ruby to service my bosch worcester boiler. They sent their engineer Maurice to do the job two days later. The service was excellent, I am sure my boiler is working better than it ever had done before. U will definitely use them again. Christopher Mahoney. Uxbridge area.

I have recently used Avon Ruby for renewing my kitchen and installing a new bathroom downstairs. I thought I should write this review as I was extremely happy with their service having used other builders before. From start to finish, they were professional, very good communication from their office, finished the job on time and corrected all the little things I was not happy with. This is one of them as I am Extremely happy with the quality of service, I received from both the Engineers and the office staff whom were helpful form the start to the completion of the job with Avon Ruby. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work done by skilled professionals.
