Called in today to have a look and potentially order a new bathroom suite. After walking round the place twice we had to eventually knock on a door to ask for assistance. The guy couldn't have been less interested. He proceeded to quote telephone numbers before we had even pointed out a bath. Sounded more like he was trying to put us off! When my. hubby challenged him on cost the price suddenly dropped a grand! I'm afraid with staff like that we won't be back! New bathroom being measured up and ordered on Monday by someone who was interested in running a business and providing a service.

I went to get a price for a new bathroom and I wasn't impressed with the response. I got the feeling that the guy just didn't want to know. He had a brief look at the measurements I had done and gave me a ball-park price even without asking what we wanted in the installation. Won't be back
