Please avoid if you want peace of mind they are a very selfish and greedy company. The customer after care is non existent. I got a wet room installed by this company Modern living. And I got lots of other work done to my house from them. I also got other family members to buy from them too and they are also having issues with their fitted kitchen and wet room. The wet room started to leak after 4 months because they use cheap builders and they dragged the repair on for months and months they was sending there builders and instructing them to do the cheapest possible repairs for the job. Which actually was making the leak worse and the leak got in to my brand new led living room light and destroyed it. The manager said he would not pay to replace the light after he originally agreed that he would as it was there fault it get destroyed in the first place. This company took 8 months to fix a leak unacceptable. In that time I had to wash my capers 2 times and the mess was horrible. They caused me so much stress and anxiety I had to make numerous phone calls about the leak every few days begging them to come out I have a special child who spends a lot of time on the carpet so its important for me to keep my house clean for his health. I couldnt use the shower for so many months. And it was extremely hard to wash my disabled son. This manger did not care that I have a special
child not one but 2 special children and continued to try the cheapest way which caused me so much more damage and anxiety. I will never go to this company ever again they have caused me so much stress and I hope who weve reads this stays away from them as-well avoid.
They are quick to take your money but if something goes wrong after wards they dont care and slam the door in your face and make you feel like dirt.

Recently had a new bathroom fitted and very pleased with the result and the service from start to finish. Nick is great at providing advice and drawing up the plans, and the fitters worked constantly every day until completion.
We shopped around before choosing Modern Living and found them to be the best value for money with no hidden extras, the price they quoted is the price we paid.

These guys definitely deserve five stars! Not only was my new microwave oven substantially cheaper than anywhere else on the internet (and this is a brand new, unmarked appliance), but the customer service was first class (very quick email response - on a Saturday!) and they organised a courier to get it to me on the day that I wanted. It arrived at 11.30am this morning, which was perfect. Next time I need an appliance, I know where I'm going. Thank you so much to Amreen & the guys!

This is a review of your staff, not the product. The cooker hood has yet to be installed (new buiild), but Craig in your customer service team has been the most amazing help. I have spoken with him several times (over chat) and he has never been anything less than helpful and friendly. His knowledge of your products is incredibly vast and his helpfulness knows no bounds. Please make sure a full 5 star recommendation is passed on to him in full. He very much deserves it.

Brilliant customer service from Aziz from start to finish. Had three Bathrooms fitted in just five days. Fitter Joseph did an excellent job very tidy and efficient. 5 stars from me.

Had our family bathroom completely refitted. Selecting the products from the showroom was super easy. The guys who came to complete the work were really good, polite, helpful and they worked clean. They made sure we were happy with their work before they left. Overall a great experience

We got bathroom fittings and furniture from Modern living kitchens. We were very pleased with their service. Particularly like to commend Adnan who was extremely professional. helpful and courteous in his dealings. Highly recommend them.

I bought full bathroom suit, tiles, adhesive, grout, trims, ceiling cladding, taps they even provided the tile spacers! Mav did a great job as I changed my mind on the sink from the original suite and that's after he ordered me from the manufacturer (sorry for the hassle once again ) but he remained patient and took it in his stride and didn't charge me any extra for the last min change. Highly recommended this company they have a great showroom and brilliant customer service. Keep up the good work!

Integrated Bosch microwave ordered to be installed in new kitchen next week so not checked if working but no damage to goods that I can see, price excellent and delivery good. Would recommend Modern Living so far and would use again. Fab!

Modern Living provided a first-class service - from Plannig to Execution. They were there to assist at every stage and left made the entire Kitchen install a pleasant experience. Would happily recommend not least on price as well and a special mention to Muffazal! Irfan (Hudds)

Placing the order was easy and simple. Delivery was made fairly quickly. Delivery driver was considerate and efficient. I bought the 6 Hob gas worktop cooker and looks like its in good condition. Haven't fitted it in yet but will do so by next week. I hope it will work fine.

I was advised to buy better appliances for my kitchen that were at a good price. Company was very helpful and delivery arrived on time. One item was damaged and was sorted out quickly.
