It's a complete package all in one unlike lots of competitors. The fact that their tray is 22mm thick is ideal lots of the work we do is upmarket refurbishments and most people want a walk in shower nowadays, with no visible join to the rest of the floor, but we need to work within the confines of the existing building. With OTL flooring I can just take out the old floorboards, leaving the joists in place and then just slot in the OTL system it's a beautifully simple solution.
I don't use anyone else now if you have something that works so well, why look elsewhere. It ticks all the boxes. Nick has been using On The Level's products for about 12 years on about over 15 projects now, mainly high end refurbishments in Central London, especially in Kensington. One of the things he likes best about working with our team is that They are easy to communicate with and work with us, rather than just selling us products. To be fair, we also asked Nick how we compare with our competitors. But he doesn't work with any now, just us and we very much appreciate that.

As I tell my customers, you're not the cheapest but you are the best! I can design a room exactly how I or the end user wants it; with competitors, I often have to design around their systems, but with OTL you supply what I want and there's no compromise necessary, ever. I've done a lot of remedial work where the customer has gone for a cheaper option and then had problems later as a result. You've got it nailed whatever I ask you to do is done well, on time and to the agreed cost. I do honestly think it's the best system out there.
