Was recommended BodyWash from a friend and we were not disappointed. Our brand new bathroom is now complete. David was professional throughout and gave some great advice. Everything was delivered in time & in full. Lee and his team went the extra mile during the build, despite incurring many snags. Can't thank you all enough for your help.

Critical:Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Told me 2 weeks for delivery which took 7 weeks, never once did they keep me posted. I called them on numerous occasions to be told they will call back which never happened. The whole team there is useless especially David. Purchased a Hansgrohe shower bar mixer from here. Very pleased with the product and works better than expected. The store was very good with high quality products on show. Staff were helpful and informative. Will definitely be using them again for new shower room equipment in the future. Service:Water fixture installation

I had a slight problem with my purchase, but bodywash sorted out the issue by offering a full refund without any issues. I found the guys their professional but it's a shame I had to return the item as i'm all for supporting local businesses. 4 stars because I had to take the item back myself. Good customer service and wide range of items on display.

We used Bodywash when we did our own bathroom a couple of years ago and were really pleased with the price and service - and so when we needed to replace the bathroom in a second property we returned. I've used Bodywash Bathrooms for a number of years now as they provide quality bathrooms at a sensible prices. Their stuff last for years which can't be said about cheaper bathroom and internet stores who import cheap goods from China that don't last five minutes. Buy cheap, buy twice!

Good selection. Prices on the high side but quality looked good. Service was friendly and efficient. They even did a plan for us which was handy. Ultimately we went somewhere a bit cheaper.

I am very happy with my downstairs toilet suite supplied by Bodywash. I found the team very friendly and knowledgable compared to other retailers. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

BE-AWARE OF THE DODGY PLUMBERS/TILERS THEY RECOMMEND Bought bathroom items from Bodywash for a complete bathroom refurbishment (worth more than 3000) and they referred a plumber named "PAUL KINGSNORTH" to do the plumbing and tiling work, who turned out to be a complete dodgy tiler/plumber. He used dot and dab method to fix tiles, which is not the. recommended method or would a decent tiler do, when asked about it he said that's how he had been doing it for the last 30 years and refused to do it by using trowel method and left the job halfway through in a complete mess. He had also taken money from me at that stage and refused to refund it. I was able to pull the tiles off the wall with my.

Got spare parts for my shower doors - looked up on there computer for correct bits from the original supply and ordered - got in 2 days and all free of charge Good service and very helpful staff

Having seen the awful review left by clearly a disgruntled customer & if they have experienced a terrible experience at Bodywash then fair do's. but, my experience was really good. My wife & I had looked at many bathroom shops & to be honest Bodywash was the only one who seemed to be interested in what we wanted. we dealt with a man called "Jim", he was very well informed about bathrooms & as such in the end we purchased nearly all our bits from him.

They charge a one-off delivery fee of 30, but have already delivered some of the stuff we needed & kept in storage the bits we didnt need. for us, they were very good indeed.

Bodywash delivered us damaged goods and refused to replace or refund as we had signed for the goods. 500 for a bent shower door. Stay well away if you value customer service.
